Tranvaag brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on office leasing, investment sales, and tenant advisory services across the Capital Region. His background spans property management and brokerage, with a consistent emphasis on client service, relationship building, and transaction execution.

In his role at SBC, Tranvaag will support the continued expansion of the firm’s office and investment sales platform, complementing its established industrial real estate practice. His addition strengthens SBC’s ability to provide full-service commercial real estate advisory to owners, investors, and tenants across multiple asset classes.
