McDonnell is an experienced commercial real estate and financial services professional skilled in valuation, quantitative analysis, and capital markets. This experience in the Capital Region and various Upstate New York markets includes valuations of industrial, multifamily, retail, self-storage, and mixed-use properties.  He has been involved with the sale or lease of over 50 properties in Upstate New York.

Background & Experience

McDonnell has 20 years of professional experience including work at commercial real estate brokerage firms, investment banks, and asset managers including CBRE, Credit Suisse Group, and Macquarie Group. He has been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate valuation including appraisals, market rent studies, purchase price allocations, and feasibility studies. His extensive underwriting and financial modeling experience provides value to clients by providing accurate valuations and cash flow projections. He is skilled in discounted cash flow analysis and Argus.

Education

McDonnell holds an M.B.A. with Finance Concentration from Fordham University and a B.S. in Economics from Siena College.
