Culberson earned the distinction for representing the purchaser in the $10 million acquisition of the Van Patten Industrial Portfolio in Clifton Park, New York - an off-market industrial transaction comprising 153,400 square feet across two warehouse buildings and 27 acres of industrial land along the I-87 Exit 10 corridor. The deal, representing one of the largest industrial trades in Saratoga County this year, underscores SBC’s growing presence as a leading brokerage in Upstate New York’s industrial real estate market.
