A building on West Avenue in Saratoga Springs sold in early March for $1.7 million. The owners of VP Supply Corp. purchased 50 West Ave. on March 4 under a limited liability company, according to a deed filed in Saratoga County. A manufacturing complex in West Coxsackie off the Thruway’s Exit 21B has sold for $15 million, according to a recent Greene County deed filing.
