After touring over a dozen properties across Upstate New York, Soleno keyed in on a build to suit option in Saratoga Springs on a parcel owned by Munter Enterprises.
Result
Through an open, collaborative process with Munter Enterprises and Soleno Inc, Standard Brokerage Company was able to facilitate a design-build process that could accommodate the tenant’s unique requirements and allowed the developer to deliver a first rate product in a timely manner.
