Culberson was able to successfully negotiate a long-term lease at this facility with the landlord tackling capital improvements to enhance the functionality of the space and provide a client-friendly location. This was all coordinated around multiple leases in their distribution network rolling over along with signing leases for multiple new locations to further support their expansion in the market.
